Why Do I Need To Login?
Customers: By logging in, you can see the suggested retail price and find retail stores nearest you. You can also track your order history and account information. Our retailers occasionally have special offers just for our online customers.
Retailers: Login with your store code to access your account, promotional materials, and information on payment terms. To qualify as a wholesale customer, you must be purchasing items for resale AND you must email us at sales@KULTUhR.net with one of the following documents:
Tax ID Number;
Federal EIN Number; or
Business Registration Number
Once we have your information, an account with login and password will be assigned and you can begin shopping as a wholesale customer. If your country or state does not require this type of business number, you can provide proof of business with a copy of your business letterhead AND a business card and email to sales@KULTUhR.net or fax to +1 (208) 977-5215.

How Do I Place An Order?
Login to your account. Select your item and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. You may remove an item at any time by tagging the "Remove" box and clicking the "Update" button. You can choose to either place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
When you have finished and wish to review your order, click on "Checkout" to see what you have placed in your cart. You will still be able to review and change your order after that. Please note that we value your privacy and that all your data is kept private and safe.
We screen diligently for credit card fraud and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law.
Once you are ready to checkout, click the "Checkout" button.
For retailers, we accept payment by money order, cheque, and wire transfer.
For customers, we accept all major credit cards, money orders, cheques, and wire transfers.
Please provide exact credit card billing information, shipping address, phone numbers, and email address. In order to protect our customers from fraudulent charges and to keep prices low, your shipping address must correspond with the credit card billing address. Otherwise, we must verify your credit card information via your bank and also require that you fax to +1 (208) 977-5215 or scan and send us (1) Written authorization and (2) Photocopies of both sides of the credit card (use a lighter resolution so we can read the fax/scan). Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and cannot accept any C.O.D. orders.
For credit card payments KULTUhR.net uses third-party payment-providers such as PayPal and 2Checkout which have a proven safety record by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and user information.
Click on the "Submit" button. Please print the receipt and refer to the Order Number for any inquiry regarding your order. You will receive an e-mail order confirmation within 24 hours after you have submitted your online order.
If there is an authorized retailer near you, your watch will be delivered and serviced directly by your retailer.
How Do I Order By Fax?
You may order by fax by completing the following steps:
After selecting your items, click on the "Continue Checkout" button. If you are a new customer, you will need to register at this time so that we may track your account with your order. If you are a returning customer, you may just enter your email address and password in the fields provided and then click on "Sign In" instead.
Click on the "Print" icon on your web browser. Fax to +1 (208) 977-5215. You will receive an email order confirmation with your order number within 24 hours after you have sent the fax.
How Do I Order With A U.S. Dollar Money Order?
Please contact us at sales@KULTUhR.net before sending money orders or cashiers check denominated in U.S. Dollars. Please follow the steps in "How Do I Order by Fax?" to print your order. Then send your order and shipping information to:

You will receive an email order confirmation with your Order Number within 24 hours after we receive your order. Orders paid through bank draft will be shipped once the payment is cleared.
Do You Accept International Orders?
Yes, we welcome international orders!
Do I Need to Pay Duty or Tax?
Our low prices INCLUDE all sales and export taxes. However, the customer is responsible for duties, import taxes, and any fees, which are only applicable in certain countries. Please check with your local customs office if duties and import taxes are applicable. Our appointed carriers will handle the customs clearance for you and deliver the package right to your doorstep. They will then present the tax/duty bill to you if your package was taxed.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
You may cancel your order for any reason within 24 hours after you placed your order. However, we are unable to accept a cancellation if the package has been shipped, which may occur within 24 hours of ordering. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@KULTUhR.net.
You will receive a "Cancel Order Authorization" if your Cancel Order is confirmed. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLED ORDER WITHOUT A CANCEL ORDER AUTHORIZATION.

Do You Gift Wrap?
YES! Gift wrapping is a free service. We are happy to gift wrap your timepiece in our premium quality gift wrap. If you would like to personalize the card, please write the recipient’s name in the text box field when you checkout and purchase. Please note that Customs may occasionally open a gift-wrapped package.
Is the Watch I Want In Stock?
Most items are in stock. If your item is not in stock, then we will notify you via email to let you know the status of the item. You can also email us at sales@KULTUhR.net to check in advance of ordering.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
Please refer to your Order Number that you received online or by confirmation-email when you placed your order. You may email to support@KULTUhR.net.
